After members are registered in the contact database, you can place them in different groups. This can really be done on the basis of any criteria. For example, you can put anyone under 18 in a group called 'minors'.
These groups not only help you to segment members, they also allow you to send targeted e-mails. So you don't have to tap into your entire data base or create your own contact lists. You can find more about these (smart) groups on the CRM software page.
Payment of your memberships
The member management system allows your members to pay their membership securely online. Do you work with direct debits? Then you can also set up an automated payment.

You can do detailed searches and export this data for processing in external reporting.
